Since January 2023, all these actions are guided by the Science Based Target initiative, a global program developed by the United Nations that helps companies to set tangible GHG emissions reduction targets by 2030, based on the most recent and influential scientific studies on climate change.

The commitment to the Science Based Target initiative reinforces the efforts that the company has been making to be increasingly sustainable, and identifies United Colors of Benetton as a leading brand in the fashion industry for what concerns the respect and preservation of our planet.
